“Pool is nice but area not too clean, seaters are worn. Location near the water very nice, balcony in the room with seeview pleasant. Room big enough but queen beds are not so confortable for two, barhroom quite small. Services are quite scarce (only one cleaning in 4 night after asking several times). Personnel at desk not over friendly but ok. In general good location for Miami Beach, ypu need the car to go anywhere but parking available and free”

“I stayed this recent weekend for my son’s 5th birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We had an oceanfront room, there’s a separate living room area from the bedroom and 2 bathrooms it was just what I wanted. From the direct beach access from the hotel, and 2 complementary drinks each night it was amazing. We also had 2 chairs for the day at the beach, and towels included. You can rent an umbrella for your chairs for $15 which isn’t too bad if you plan to be out there all day. We also...

“I've been to plenty Tru by Hilton hotels for years and this is the worst. When I first walk in the room the bathroom had a half roll of toilet paper not to mention the toilet was clogged up before I could even use and not enough towels for me and my partner. Rooms were not properly clean and barely could get the TV to work. Valet was taking 20-30 mins to park and retrieve my car. The next time I'm in town I will be finding elsewhere and I could barely get the help from the desk.”

“Vicino al mare, parcheggio gratuito e piscina piccola ma riscaldata. Camera con poche spine elettriche, tv 26 pollici e non 45 come in descrizione. Solo 1 piastra elettrica in cucina funzionante. Regole troppo rigide. Servizio molto ridotto al minimo (al risparmio): 1 shampoo e 1 balsamo per 2 persone per 3 gg. A fine soggiorno bisogna disfare il letto ecc. mai visto in nessun hotel. Comunque pulizia ok. Posizione comoda. Dopo il check-in alle 10 ho chiesto di poter lasciare l'auto ancora...
