“As a hotelier the grounds man was the most friendly. I didn't get his name but he walks with a limp. I apologize for describing him in that manner, but he's the reason I would return. The room was fine. My only criticism is guest shouldn't have to wait 3 days before receiving service. The room attendant who clean our room on day 3, didn't leave enough towels, and left most of the dirty ones inside the room. I complained at the Front Desk and they corrected the problem. Thanks for everything.”

“I would not recommend staying at Kasa Hillsboro Beach. The property was dirty and poorly maintained throughout our stay. There was visible mold covering parts of the ceilings, trash scattered around the cabanas, and even dog feces left on the balcony outside of the gym. Parts of the property are literally falling apart — there was an area of collapsed ground that had simply been roped off instead of properly repaired.
The room layout was also incredibly uncomfortable and lacked privacy. The...

“Hotel nuovissimo, camera comoda e spaziosa, con microonde, frigo, tv enorme, wifi veloce, bagno ampio e buoni prodotti di cortesia.
Personale molto gentile, nel prezzo è compresa anche la colazione (discreta) ed il parcheggio, fronte hotel.
Purtroppo ho trovato cibo maleodorante nel frigo, e per tutta la notte, anche da spento, il condizionatore ha emesso rumori fastidiosi, un vero peccato perche la struttura merita, ed è anche in una posizione furba, vicino ad alcuni ristoranti e supermarket.”

“When we go to our room (5th floor). There was a huge cockroach in our room. We went to reception and wanted to change our room but hotel was full. They gave us complimentary breakfast for our stay which is nice. And they said they will change the sheets. But the housekeeper gave us sheets and left the room without changing it. And there were no new pillow cases also. Other day they changed our room and upgraded it. Except housekeeping part, they were helpful.”
