ApartHotel a Parco Nazionale del Chobe

“The lodge is ideally located in central Chobe National Park (preferably access with small plane at Savuti). Great for day safari trip. The GM couple is extremely caring and the staff very attentive to your needs. It's an amazing place. Prefer to go on dry season, as during wet season (Jan-April) animals are more difficult to see and some roads are flooded”

“Great camping spot . Staff extremely friendly and accomodating . Our Guide BK excellent friendly and informative.Food camping style .”

“ottima struttura, migliorabile il servizio. Colazione a buffet buona, cena pessima.”

“All'arrivo mi danno una camera con 1 letto da 140 cm e avevo chiesto 2 letti singoli!!! poi finalmente cambiano con quella giusta, confortevole e pulita! ottima doccia con abbondante acqua calda; zona ristorante piuttosto squallida con poca atmosfera e poca luce però si mangia bene; a colazione volevano il pagamento anche se era compreso nella tariffa già pagata! reception essenziale.”

“Very good location with beautiful river view! All the staffs are friendly with smiles. Although there were always big groups of tourists but we’ve been treated well at breakfast and dinner though we were just 2 of us. But the problem was the maintenance. After soaking in the bath just after 9 pm, I tried to have a shower but no hot water came out. No matter how long I waited, nothing happened, so I tried to ring reception—only to find that the telephone cable had come loose and I couldn’t get...

“Il ristorante non è all'altezza della struttura. Tre cene ma tutte con qualche problema.”

“A good and pleasant stay at Tlou Lodge. First of all thanks to the staff. They were super, very helpful and nice. A good place to stop for hang around the area and chobe park. I would go back ”

“Nice property and very friendly staff. They went above and beyond. The food was great too. ”

“The property was clean, crisp and secure. The pool was so refreshing after a long day. The breakfast was very good and prepared specifically to our liking and serving time. The room was clean and the AC made sleeping at night very comfortable. The staff was friendly, cheerful, and helpful. They secured tours for us, provided local directions, and helped with our take-away food delivery orders. We stayed 3 nights but would've been happy to stay 3 weeks.”

“Mooie ligging en zicht op de Wildlife aan het zwembad. Lekker ontbijt - lunch en avondeten. Vriendelijk personeel. Once of a live experience !”

“This Lodge is amazing. Very, very friendly. Very, very clean. Helped with everything that we needed. Highly recommend this place to everyone. ”

“The staff was friendly, responsive and extremely helpful.”

“We had an experience of "smart in a hurry" when we experienced that they were more interested in making money than in serving the customer. For example, in the middle of dinner, the lodge manager comes and charges for the stay, which is completely unacceptable and it completely ruined our dinner experience. We had to insist on first paying upon departure. When we settled the payment upon departure, he charged the entire amount for the stay, despite the fact that we had paid the amount on account...

“sehr gutes Personal, freundliche Leute. Das Essen war sehr gut. Die Distans zum Chobe Park ist zu weit.”

“A lovely lodge located on a gentle hill overlooking the plains. Staff are phenomenal, warm and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. We went on a morning game drive and a sundowner, both were excellently arranged. Whilst there is limited choice for food, breakfast, lunch and dinner were all provided and the food was tasty and homemade well seasoned. They made our daughter chips. We loved the warm rock cakes! The hotel manager is a real gem. The lodge was well signposted and easy to find, it’s...
