“Batonka Lodge was booked as part of a package trip that we did to Africa. However, we extended our trip so stayed two additional nights at the Lodge. The lodge is small compared to some other places that have recently been built or being built but it was just right. It had a really cozy colonial feel to it. “The rooms were modern (the lodge opened in the last few years) and clean. Sheets and towels were clean and free of bedbugs. A large premium soap bar was provided as well, but no shampoo. Internet was super fast (181 mbps) with a router like device in the bedroom. Breakfast was good with eggs, cereal, bread, beans, sausage, tea, and more. “Really enjoyed our 5 night stay at Courtney Lodge. Such a great place to relax after a day at the Falls or a safari, felt very calm and personal.
