“This hotel is so comfortable to stay in when you are in downtown Jerusalem. It is opposite the central bus station & light rail. You can travel quickly to the Old City or to Mt Herzl The front desk staff are so helpful. I loved that Maria looked after me so well during the week I stayed there …..nothing was too much trouble for Maria to help me with …the breakfast manager & team are so helpful too …food is good ”

“The people managing the hotel were very helpful and friendly, providing us with advice and directions. When we asked for additional hangers Mahmoud, the manager, went looking for them, in spite of the late hour. He brought us not only hangers but also two beautiful bath robes. ”

“Beautfiul setting, really large and delicious breakfast and dinner buffet, lovely modern clean room. Staff was overall helpful but some were a bit reserved. Lovely walk/hike just out the door. Very extensive children's area, not sure it is open every day but I assume on weekends, holidays, etc Great for our grandchildren. Wife and daughter used the spa at the partner hotel next door and thought it was amazing. ”

“Our stay at the Templer Inn was one of the highlights of our time in Jerusalem, and added immeasurable to the overall experience. The location in the German Colony is excellent. Beside that, the flat is so very nice, quite, cozy, with everything you need and even Netflix. location is near to the centre and old town is 20 min walking.
