“I had an amazing time at the Planet Hollywood Costa Rica. Every single staff member from check-in to check out, to buffet dining, fine dining, various bartenders, pool people. Everybody was friendly and welcoming, and always had a smile on their face. Best customer service I've seen in a long time. All of the food was delicious. The coffee shop amazing. The nightly shows were very entertaining. Shout outs: Jimmy pool bartender, Alexa 3rd floor bartender and Noha front desk person. I wish I can...

“Piccolo hotel immerso in un magnifico giardino. La piscina è l'ideale per trascorrere qualche ora in perfetto relax. Colazione buona (ottima la frutta fresca servita tutte le mattine). Molto gentile il personale. Camera non molto spaziosa ma con un bel letto grande, la poca illuminazione ed i mobili scuri la rendono un po buia. Buonissimo il wifi”

“The place is beautiful, very close to the beaches, it is also very clean. The only concern I have is that I didn't have hot water to bath. I had to stay 2 days and I couldn't take a shower with hot water and I didn't like that”

“Beautiful property. Very clean, quiet, peaceful. Just sitting in the room felt like a holiday itself! Staff were attentive and courteous. Food at the hotel restaurant was very good. We saw monkeys, iguanas, and raccoons at the pool. Beach is truly beautiful. Very calm, minimal waves. This is my perfect type of beach. My young teens, however, said that the beach was "too boring" after having been at some beaches with more waves/surf. This was our last stop on our way home after 2 weeks spent...

“Ottima struttura, arredata benissimo, parco con alberi secolari, davanti alla spiaggia, pulizia. Per i prezzi che fa è OTTIMO. Di contro il ristorante non è il massimo ed è caro. Ho avuto problemi di assegnazione della stanza che avevo prenotato, ho dovuto combattere un pò....pazienza, abbasso un pochino il voto.”
