“Struttura piccola, forse un po' vecchia e priva di una particolare manutenzione delle camere, ma comunque dotata di tutto ciò che serve per passare un soggiorno piacevole. Il personale é molto gentile e disponibile. La stazione centrale di Cardiff é veramente vicinissima. Molto comoda la possibilità di fare il check in e il check out a qualsiasi ora del giorno o della notte. Forse un po' alto il rapporto qualità prezzo, ma é anche vero che parliamo di un centro città.”

“A lovely hotel where you can feel the ancient atmosphere but where the rooms are perfect and fully refurbished. I found the staff extremely professional and polite. The position is perfect, walking distance to the main attractions. The railway station is not too far neither and I walked with my suitcase without issues. It will certainly be my first choice for my next trip to Cardiff.”

“All aspects of the stay were very good - staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. Check in took quite a long time - at one point, there were seven people in cue to check in with the one receptionist - BUT my guess is that this was an exception. “Really lovely comfortable bed, nice bathroom, fast running and hot bath, but toilet roll fell on the floor every time due to faulty holder, very bad signposting of rooms, both from reception and particularly from main hotel, could still be there wandering the corridors if we hadn’t come across a staff member, didn’t try breakfast, staff were good. Facilities for kids in the main hotel were fantastic at half term, very family friendly, reasonably priced alternative to the large main hotel”
