“Staff was great ”

“I booked an accessible room. No accessible room was available upon arrival. My husband and I both have physical disabilities so having an accessible room is of utmost importance. Front desk clerk was very unhelpful, rude, and inconsiderate. Had to go seek hotel room elsewhere.”

“The staff were friendly, check in was easy. The room needed attention. There was a tear in the top sheet and dried lipstick on the nightstand. The shower curtain rod was broken on one end so the rod was just resting on the top of the shower tile and hung a few inches into the shower floor.
