“I was on a room on the 3rd floor on a Friday night and right below my window there was a party going with loud music going on till one in the morning.
The club/party area is part of the hotel so it seemed like a regular weekend occurrence.
On top of the that the walls are so thin that i could literally hear the neighbor from the next room going to pee in the night.

Plenty of parking. Good enough breakfast. The Buddhist artwork throughout the hotel makes the hotel more interesting.
