“The staff at the Novotel Bengaluru was amazing! they were helpful and very aware as they serviced the various clients at the restaurant, the front desk and the terrace on the top of the hotel. They were so attentive and kind. Bhavna, Anshad , sweetie, Chanchal and Hari Om made our stay at the Novotel very pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you to you all and so many others who we might have missed. You are the ones who make things work and we really appreciated it. ”

“Been stayed here over the years. The room is now a bit worn but still clean. Breakfast buffet is good with mostly Indian selections. Will stay again next time as it is way better value than it's next door Novotel and other western brand hotels in the area.”

“Cosy functional property. Very close to ORR and Sarjapur. Rooms are decently sized and clean. Service is great and staff is very helpful. However, the beds are not good and the mattresses are very uncomfortable”

“It’s relatively new property. At this time, the rooms, service, and staff are decent enough for the money. Certainly suggest this place for your business trip or vacation travel. Breakfast is not bad but I don’t suggest to rely on lunch and dinner from my experience point of view. I hope things stay as good as today when I travel in a year or two and pick this place again.”

“This is a new property within a big beer garden called Backstreet. It is neither business hotel, it is safe nonetheless and some families also may like staying here. It is a good hotel for those who like to retire into a room within a beer garden, so to say.”
