“Our reservation didn’t show up properly on their system so the clerk made us wait about 20 minutes to find it. Instead of Orbitz it appeared as Expedia. Then we were given the keys to a wrong room that had a strong smell of cigarette. We had to go back to request the correct room.”

“방은 무척이나 깨끗하고 넓고 시원해서 좋았습니다. 스타일러도 있는 방이라 너무 좋았네요. 근데 601호 묵었었는데 다만 에어컨 내부 곰팡이가 많이 보이고 셔워기 헤드가 고장나 있었습니다. 다음에도 예약할건데 빠른 정비 부탁드립니다.”

“ポットが廊下に置いてあるので近くのコンビニでカップラーメンを買って部屋で食べれます。冷蔵庫はずっと入れておくとキンキンになります。私は2回目の利用でしたが、相変わらず管理人の方がとても優しい方でした。前回とおんなじ部屋にしてくださって、とてもくつろげました。言葉が通じなくても、鍵の締め方など丁寧に教えてくださいます。また利用させていただきます！”

“Staff was friendly at check-in. Not fluent in English, so have your translator app ready. Hotel was close to the airport and easy to get to the highway. Only a $13 Uber (18,400 KRW) ride to Gimhae Int'l airport. Bed sheets were clean and floor and bathroom counter seemed clean. However, it is about a mile from any food options, the hallways and stairs were piled with linen, and the bathroom had a lot of mildew. There was linen on the stairs and hallways - very odd.
