I would not recommend staying at this hotel. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The room was dirty upon arrival, and I even found bugs inside the room, which made it feel unsanitary and uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi was practically unusable—it disconnected every couple of minutes, making it impossible to work or even browse the internet. Because the Wi-Fi constantly failed, none of the smart TV features worked, and to make matters worse, the cable service didn’t work either, so there was essentially no television available during the stay. What made the experience even worse was the staff. Instead of trying to resolve the issues, they were rude, dismissive, and showed little interest in helping or addressing the problems. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Between the dirty room, bugs, unreliable Wi-Fi, non-functioning TV and cable, and poor customer service, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel very confortable. Very quiet location within the diplomatic area. Very good service.
