“Easily, the beast hotel in Thailand. Everything was six star. 2 small and weird problems - stunning pool with attached gym etc - yet there are only TWO sun loungers around the entire pool! Everyone else had to sit in hard wooden upright chairs. No relaxing here. Were all the sun loungers stolen???? 2nd - we asked Reception to call a taxi for us to go into the main town. They wouldn't - they just suggested we download a rideshare app! Which proved so hard with an Australian phone etc. ”

“Hyrde en VIP bungalow i 4 dagar med städning varje dag. Fick inte någon städning alls på mina fyra dagar! Eftersom ingen i receptionen kunde någon engelska överhuvudtaget, så fick jag leva ostädat !! Det var inge större fel i övrigt, men frukost eller något annat att äta fanns inte i närheten. Ska nog inte boka där fler gånger, då man bör ha tillgång ett fordon. Annars fint område.”

“พนักงานบริการดี ยิ้ม ทักทาย พูดคุย ให้การต้อนรับดี สภาพห้องค่อนข้างมืด ไฟสลัวๆ ไม่ค่อยสว่าง ไม่เก็บเสียง ถ้าต้องการแต่งหน้า ก็จะดูยากหน่อย เพราะแสงไฟไม่สว่างเพียงพอ อุปกรณ์เครื่องใช้ ถ้าเทียบกับราคาที่จ่าย ในหลักพัน สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกควรจะมากกว่านี้ ไม่มีไดร์เป่าผม ผ้าเช็ดตัว หมองๆ ไม่ค่อยสะอาดเท่าไหร่ ห้องน้ำ มีแก้วน้ำ มีสบู่ แชมพูให้ แต่ไม่มีแปรงกับยาสีฟัน ที่ปกติโรงแรมหลายๆ ที่ควรจะมี มีน้ำอุ่นน้ำเย็น มีกระติกน้ำร้อนให้ โดยรวมพอใช้ ไม่ถึงกับดี แต่ถามว่าความคุ้มค่า...

“Nytt och fräscht ställe som passade bra för person och plånbok. Vid mitt besök testade jag aldrig frukosten, då det inte ingick i mitt besök. Fräscha rum, bra och trevlig pool för den som gillar att bli blöt eller chilla på de mängder med solstolar de hade tillgängligt. Hotellet låg liten bit utanför Hat Yai och fanns inte allt för mycket inom gångavstånd från hotellet. Bäst gör man i att ha tillgång till bil eller vana att få till sig transport när man bor här.”
