One notable issue was the behaviour of some guests — for example, someone was smoking in the lobby, which was unpleasant and surprisingly, no one stopped him. There was also a noticeable odour in the room upon arrival. It wasn’t very pleasant at first. However, eventually got used to it after the first night. “Loved this new hotel! Everything was simply perfect. I was on a business trip and I had the laundry done in 1h with automatic machines (50RMB washing drying). The room and the design of the hotel is simply stunning. Will be back!”
