Our apartment, located on the 4th floor of a beautiful building without a lift, is ideal for accommodating up to 11 people for a comfortable Parisian stay; It is equipped with WiFi, hairdryer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, electric heating, television.



His compact American kitchen is nevertheless perfectly equipped (refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle) and will easily allow you to prepare a meal, a snack or an aperitif with friends or family.



Sitting around the table or casually on the living room sofas, you will share a truly convivial moment.



Our apartment will seduce you with its elegance and sobriety but also with the cosy and warm side that its exposed beams, so typically Parisian, confer upon it.



As for its location, you will simply be in the heart of Paris, close to the best attractions, museums, bars and restaurants that the capital can offer you.

To access it, please present yourself at our agency at 9 rue du Caire 75002, to book your time slot in advance



Your booking is protected. In the event of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.



For any booking during New Year's, a deposit of 1,500 euros will be requested
