Located on the 4th floor of a beautiful Haussmanian building rue Lincoln, in the 8th arrondissement, this 38sqm apartment invites you to stay close to the most famous avenue in the world.


Accessible by lift, this elegant 2-bedroom and 1-bathroom apartment has been completely renovated and recalls Parisian style and luxury. It consists of a beautiful living-room area, an equipped and functional kitchen as well as a dining area that can accommodate up to 6 people; ideal for moments of sharing and conviviality.

The 2 bedrooms have double beds and the living room has a premium sofa bed.
The modern and comfortable bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, the toilet is separated

At the cutting edge of technology, it benefits from a connected television, and high-speed wifi thanks to fiber optic.

For maximum comfort, this apartment has hotel quality bedding, sheets and towels, a washing machine and dryer (available in the common areas) and a Nespresso coffee machine .

Horrific experience

Good location but expensive. Upon arrival one of the 2 showers was clogged and one of the 2 toilets was clogged. They were never fixed despite us staying around waiting for the plumber instead of enjoying our vacation 2 times. The remaining tub was not accessible so mom couldnt shower for the duration of our stay. Then the remaining, very fragile toilet broke. I was doing repairs at 1 30 am because I had no choice. I was advised to remove the tank lid and flush manually. I ended up finding a pail we could fill with water so we could dispense with our... Mom would finish and I would go in with the bucket. Ahh, the memories we built on this vacation.We understand that this is an old building but the owner has clearly neglected it to the point I was googling places to shower nearby. Didn't find one.VRBO was useless, insisting on pictures of the toilet issue (eww). They informed me there would be no compensation because - I guess - toilets and showers are not guarenteed to be functional?One less app on my phone, never again VRBO. We felt abandoned by VRBO and the host. I had already paid a LOT of money so they just needed to wait me out.Run. Any place is better than this neglected flat.second bath was
