Magnificent 2-bedroom Parisian apartment, ideally located on the avenue des Champs Élysée!, 2 minutes from the rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré and the famous avenue Montaigne. Décoré avec goût , chaleureux, fonctionnel, élégant and tout équipé mon logement est ideal pour vous faire vivre un séjour merveilleux au cœur de la vie parisienne en famille ou entre amis

Apartment of 60 m2 with 2 floors with elevator that includes:

- Stay with canapé-lit, 1 table with chaises, TV, wifi
- A fully equipped kitchen (cuisson plate, microwave, grille-pain, lave vaisselle, four, Nespresso machine, machine à laver sechante)

- 2 bathrooms with shower

We loved this little apartment. We were in Paris for a wedding and this location was super convenient. Lots of sights and sounds nearby.

Bad experience

The location was exceptionally good. That’s all it had. The rest regarding tge apartment was terrible. He had plumbing issue which we notified the agent without much help. They sent in a technician but didn’t really do anything as the bathroom plumbing initially stunk the room then spread to the entire unit. It was horrendous. In addition, a light in one of the room did not work So we informed the agent. They sent a tech in who again couldn’t fix the issue and told us to turn off the circuit power for the room. However, once we do that both rooms light were all off. Overall, I would rate it as 1-2 stars.

Amazing location

This apartment has been renovated and looks very good. It was clean when we got there. The location cannot be beat as you are right on the Champs Elysées at walking distance from the Arc de Triomphe and all the big shopping centres. We were there in December and the Champs Elysées looks amazing for the holidays. I definitely recommend.

Amazing location!

We took a chance on this property and I am so glad that we did. I would normally not book a property without reviews but I do not regret booking this property. The location is amazing! You have everything you need nearby, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shops, food markets. You name it and it’s there. The property is located inside of a plaza and the building is a mixed use building. But the inside of the apartment is just as pictured. We had an amazing girls trip and would definitely book it again for a family trip. The property fit all 5 of us comfortably.
