You will be located between MONTPARNASSE and its dynamic neighborhood (restaurants, cafes, cinemas, shopping center), the INVALIDES and its garden or the Military School, the CHAMP DE MARS and its view of the EIFFEL TOWER.

Very nice apartment of 80 m2 located on the 2nd floor of the building with elevator.

The accommodation, spacious, consists of two bedrooms, one with double bed, one with two bunk beds and a cot. Two people can sleep on the sofa bed, which is very comfortable. The accommodation has a spiral staircase.
The terrace of 10m2, with view on Montparnasse is arranged and allows you to make a dinner with the electric barbecue

Small air conditioning is available in the living room upstairs for your comfort.

The metro is not far so sometimes you can hear it.
In the home sanitary issues are top priority. Below are details of the measures we implemented for every guest in the house to make travel safer :

The cleaning agent in charge of preparing the flat for your arrival will be fully protected by masks and gloves during his entire task.
