Magnificent 2 bedroom flat, brand new (January 2023). My flat combines modernity thanks to its equipment and decoration with the Parisian charm of its wooden beams. Located in the centre of the Marais, a stone's throw from the rue Vieille du Temple, with its shops, cafés and restaurants.
Ideal for a getaway in the capital, with family, friends or on business

air conditioned flat 45M2 on the 3rd floor without lift:
- Living room with sofa bed, 1 table with chairs, TV, Wifi
- A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, washing machine with drying option, dishwasher)
- 2 bedrooms with queen size beds
- 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.

The flat is located in the heart of the Marais, between rue Vieille du Temple and rue Sainte Croix de la Bretonnerie. You will be able to stroll through the district as far as the Place de la Bastille, discovering its typical streets and tree-lined squares. In a few minutes you will discover two very different Parisian atmospheres, one very authentic with its pedestrian streets, its bars and its sharp shops, the other popular and lively with its numerous bars and restaurants.
A real trip to the heart of Paris, with the Town Hall with its exceptional architecture, the romantic Place des Vosges or the famous Picasso Museum.
Going up the rue Vieille du Temple, you can discover the covered market of the Enfants Rouges which is located on the rue de Bretagne, a real meeting place for Parisians.
You will be able to taste the best falafels in Paris, located on rue des Rosiers, such as l'As du Falafel.
Fashion lovers will be delighted. The Marais is full of fashion and accessory shops, it is undoubtedly one of the best areas for your shopping sprees!

Location and ease of getting around city by foot was amazing. Also very close to Metra! Our major disappointment was lack of AC working for first 3 days of our trip and also the hottest! The communication with management wasn’t the best, telling us they would be to the flat by 8:30 Pm and showing up at 9:49 PM after we had all gone to bed! Had a FaceTime with management. In how to turn on units while we were in a restaurant and he was in our flat but he didn’t turn them on or he would have know they didn’t work! they left us fans which WE had to assemble . We set up fans and then they came and took fans and supposedly fixed AC but AC not fixed! Took 3 days to get AC! Very frustrating! After AC issue was solved, our stay was much improved. Building should have hallway lights to climb the 66 steps to the flat we occupied! Best comment - location was great!

Upon our arrival in Paris, Studio Prestige rescheduled our stay to another apartment. So cannot review this one. none of the stars above are accurate since we did not stay at your unit.
