Just a few minutes' walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées, you can enjoy some of the city's finest tourist attractions, as well as luxury boutiques, gourmet restaurants, and renowned art galleries. The neighborhood is both calm and vibrant, making it ideal for business and leisure.



Getting Around:

The apartment benefits from an ideal location with several transport options nearby. The Kléber metro station (line 6) is approximately a 3-minute walk away, providing direct access to key destinations such as the Eiffel Tower, Montparnasse, and Nation. You are also about 8 minutes from the Charles de Gaulle-Étoile station (lines 1, 2, and 6, as well as RER A), a major transportation hub in Paris that allows quick access to the Champs-Élysées (about a 10-minute walk), the Louvre Museum, and more.



Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available, and the proximity to major thoroughfares such as Avenue Kléber and Avenue des Champs-Élysées makes travel to Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports convenient. Other Things to Note:

Situated in a former private mansion converted into a tourist residence, your neighbors will be fellow travelers spread across the five floors of the building. To ensure everyone's tranquility, please limit noise during the day and night. Note that parties are strictly prohibited.



The apartment is located on the ground floor. Unfortunately, the small elevator cannot accommodate a wheelchair, making it inaccessible for persons with reduced mobility. We hope this will not pose any issues.
