We consider your comment concerning the mouse and we are very sorry for this disagrement. It is a problem on Paris, many establishments are regrettably victim of that. But we made the necessities, now, there is not any more. Today, all our team speaks English. We try to progress at this level. Regarding the hot water, you never asked us anything, and the water just take a little time to heat. Moreover, we were full during your stay, so many guest could have been taking their shower in the morning. Concerning the noise, we are located in the heart of Paris, so it is normal that people pass around the street. We can't do anything regarding the people outside, they know that there is a hotel and respect it or not. We do not received any email about those complaints, just the hot water problem, which was solved a very few time after.
