The living room has a large screen TV (Netflix, Prime). The kitchen-dining room is fully equipped.

On the half floor there is a large bedroom (4 single beds) with a bathroom, and on the supplex, two suites with bathroom, one with a double shower.

Nearby, you can visit both Parc Frédéric Pic and Parc Jean Paul II for a green break. Additionally, Corentin Celton Hospital is conveniently located nearby.
