Bright nest - view on the top of the Eiffel Tower

In the heart of the 14th arrondissement, this beautiful 53 m² apartment has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay in Paris.
Accommodating up to 6 people, it is ideal for a family.
The access is done in an autonomous way.

## Logement
Located on the 5th floor with elevator, it includes:
- PRM access;
- two bedrooms with two double beds ;
- a functional shower room with separate toilet ;
- a semi-open and fully equipped kitchen;
- a dining room ;
- an office ;
- and a living room with a sofa bed to relax after a day of walking.

You will particularly appreciate its calm and its clear view on the top of the Eiffel Tower.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal : Wi-Fi, Television, Washing machine and Oven.

The apartment is located near the subway station "Porte de Vanves" (line 13).
For your small daily purchases, a supermarket "Carrefour Market" is at 6 minutes of walk.

Sites of interest near the accommodation :
- the Catacombs of Paris (14 minutes away by subway) ;
- the Parc Montsouris (17 minutes away);
- the Montparnasse district (15 minutes away); and many others...

## Emplacement
The 14th arrondissement is a large residential area, but includes some of Paris' most famous attractions. The 14tht is the montparnasse tower, the station and the Montparnasse cemetery. The Catacombs, the cheerful Denfert-Rochereau, the Rue Daguerre, its cafés and small shops will remind you of Rue Montorgueil in the 3rd arrondissement. There is also the Cité Universitaire, the Porte d'Orléans district and Parc Montsouris.
