Other Things to Note:

- In case of a same-day reservation (arrival on the day of booking), the apartment may be ready from 7:00 PM instead of the standard check-in time indicated on the listing.

- Subject to availability, we offer optional luggage storage and late check-out services to make your stay more comfortable.

- You can bring a pet - but make sure it is added as a pet in the traveler section before booking

- We can provide you with a baby bed on request and free of charge

- For same-day arrival (meaning you booked the flat on the same day you arrive), the flat may be cleaned by 7PM, instead of the usual 2PM.

- IMPORTANT : The apartment is currently for sale. Please note that some viewings may be scheduled during your stay. Of course, any visits will be arranged in advance and with your agreement, to fully respect your comfort and privacy.

- ATTENTION: The code for the first entrance door is deactivated after 9:30 PM. If you plan to arrive later, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay:



* A non-refundable Damage Waiver of 8 EUR per night,

OR

* A refundable 750 EUR Security Deposit



If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:



💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in.

✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.

🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.
