Property Details:

This 55-sqm apartment is located on the 4th floor without an elevator. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and dining table and chairs and can also be used as a work-from-home space. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, mini refrigerator, stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing machine and drying rack. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.



The master bedroom is interior courtyard facing and furnished with a queen size bed. The second bedroom is interior courtyard facing and furnished with a double bed. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower/bathtub and sink. The toilet is located in a separate water closet. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.



Important Information and Policies

- Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.

- Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 must be paid via a payment link before arrival.

- Strictly NON-smoking.

- Pets NOT allowed.

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 6 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

The Ile Saint Louis is the most historic area of Paris. This little island has a prime location close to everything, especially to Notre Dame de Paris. This neighbourhood is rich with history and literature fans will love immersing themselves in this area. This area is home to the prestigious La Sorbonne university. From your front door, you are steps from the Seine River. Saint Michel, Saint Germain des Prés and the Jardin des Plantes are all within walking distance. At your doorstep you’ll find a huge array of restaurants, bistros, cafés, ice cream parlours, florists, artisan chocolatiers, art galleries and much more! There is also the famous Rue Mouffetard nearby, dotted with a wide variety of cafes, restaurants, butchers, grocers and more. Within walking distance of the apartment is the fantastic Pantheon, the resting place of many important French figures. The Jardin du Luxembourg is only a few minutes away - perfect for a morning jog, afternoon picnic or sunset stroll. The nearest metro station, Pont Marie (Line 7), makes it a breeze to access other areas of the capital. Just hop on the Metro to reach the Marais, Montmartre and the Sacre Cœur, the Eiffel Tower and more!

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed. *The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible. *In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

The place itself was nice, and I knew what I was getting into from the photos, they were accurate. The overall place itself just felt a bit more cramped. I'm 6 feet tall and had to bend over to get around in the kitchen and the bedroom. The shower itself could be done better, the glass wall is not secured at the bottom and allowed the bathroom floor to get wet easily when we showered.The location itself was really great, the restaurants and neighborhood were fantastic, and the bar/restaurant barges just across the river were great on Friday and Saturday night. Overall a great experience, just a little awkward at times with the short ceiling.

I have never written a bad review. This is the first. The management co Guesty would not allow us to speak with them, we could only text. Even during a fire when we called the fire dept, Guesty would not answer calls. Internet did not work. We had to figure it out.Construction and foot steps above us drilling, constant noise day & night, dust everywhere. We were not told of this even though there was a notice on wall saying construction lasts 3 months.They said they didn't know about it. Unsafe cloths over stairs to get to the apt which is up on 5th floor. 2 stairs are wiggly and extremely UNSAFE. Fee charged for later arrivals even though plane was delayed. Ceilings are so low we could not stand up straight in the apt. We consistently banged our heads, all of us. Huge cracks in ceilingTried to drop off key at 10 min. away drop off and this was broken of course. Heat wave 97 degrees farenheit and only one fan provided in the 3 bedrooms. No ac. We asked for more fans and got them 2 days later. Internet did not work from first day. We texted saying it;s broken and someone texted back, "I cannot come there due to the heatwave." For fire someone texted "I did not see it myself so I cannot do anything." The list goes on and on. They were utterly disrespectful.We asked for a credit for the conditions. No response. No toilet paper, no soap, no coffee, nothing provided at all.Lots of broken things. We asked to speak with a manager or owner multiple times. No response.

If we had known that we were renting from a company that manages over 500 apartments in Paris, we wouldn't have booked. And certainly not at that price. We paid almost 500 per night. This apartment is definitely not worth it, it has the status of a youth hostelThe accommodation was not as described and had several serious shortcomings:The ceiling was extremely low, forcing us to walk bent over most of the time.The apartment was poorly equipped: there was insufficient cutlery and glassware, no clean sponges or cleaning supplies. Broken fridge. Dirty and poorley insulated pots, an incredible dirty vacuum cleaner which made us sick thinking it was used for the appartement we now lived inThe smell of cigarettes as tenants obviously smoked in the property, as the butts in the flowerbox outside showed.The cupboards were cluttered with junk, making it impossible to use them for our clothes.The toilet was located in what could only be described as a broom closet with a dirty mop and basket stored there.Ongoing construction work directly above us caused excessive noise throughout the day.Even worse, cement from the construction site above leaked onto our bed, making it completely unusable.Despite multiple requests, no replacement bed linens were provided for 2 days and 2 nights.Difficult self-organising check:in procedureWe contacted the management several time via WhattsApp and Email and received only nice words, I suppose it was AI. No help was offered

The property is as advertised. It is right in the middle of I’le St Louis and is in easy walking distance to the major sights and the Metro. The bedroom had ample closet space, and large windows. The family room had a pull out sofa bed with large windows and a tv. The smaller bedroom was the size of the mattress and was closed off with curtains. The weather happened to be very warm during our stay. Being on the fourth floor with windows on both sides allowed for a helpful cross breeze. There is one portable fan in the unit. Two would have been nice to help move the air. Our only gripe was that the key pick-up location changed the day before arrival and needed to be picked up by 22:00. We were arriving by train from London at 21:00 and had to make a frantic dash to the key pickup location. In communication prior to the trip it was communicated that we could pick up the key until midnight. Overall, it was a wonderful rental that worked well for our family of 5.

Best thing about the place is its fantastic location! Inside, the ancient exposed beams are quite amazing.Not terribly clean - there was dirt all over one of the beds when we arrived. In need of a little TLC - curtain hooks coming out of the walls, etc.Rental was managed by a company rather than a person, so the process and communication was impersonal. But we got all the info we needed and the check-in/check-out was smooth.

The location was good but we didn’t know about the 8 flights of stairs until after we booked it. This feels like an attic on top of an apartment building. The ceiling is low so you have to watch your head and the floor is very uneven so you have to be careful not to trip. Several outlets didn’t work and the kitchen is very minimal. There is only a small bar fridge, not a full size one. The shower is hot but very low pressure, probably because it is on the very top floor. The check in process is very involved, you have to go to a restaurant in the city to find the key, and then return it there afterwards. During our stay, someone was renovating the roof or small attic above us, and dirt rained down onto our bed from the ceiling. We contacted the host several times about it (email, Vrbo app and WhatsApp) and they didn’t respond until a day later after we checked out (and they just told us to use a different bed). It is difficult to find a place that sleeps 6 people in the city but I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This property is exactly how I picture a place in Paris. Though it was on the 4th floor with no lift, which made it difficult to carry up luggage, the uniqueness really made this place so special. I loved the wood beams overhead and the little imperfections. It was on the island next to the Notre Dame cathedral and within walking distance of so many restaurants and shops. If we didn't want to go too far, there was a supermarket on the corner and a boulangerie within a block. I would recommend staying here and experiencing the area. The communication was great and we had no issues getting the keys in a timely manner. This is a gem in Paris.

The climb to the fourth floor is quite challenging, especially the last flight of stairs, but the space is quite wonderful. The master bedroom is generously sized, the kitchen is ingeniously worked into the wood rafters. We appreciated the extra converters left in the apartment. An issue with a water leak from the attic above was handled quickly and communication about it was excellent. One caveat: if you have an early departure planned, dropping off the key after 8:00 a.m. may be an issue.
