Welcome to our charming and spacious three bedroom apartment. The first-floor apartment with an elevator is situated in the 17th arrondissement, adjacent to Parc Monceau. Enjoy its typical Haussmannien characteristics, the famous architecture featuring elegant exterior and pro-fine details of the interior will take your right in the authentic Parisian experience.

Apartment of 115 sq. m opens to a long entry hallway. Starting from the left you are welcomed into our modern style open space living area, separated into cozy living room and bright dining room. The tall windows offer a street view.
With a maximum capacity of 6 guests, the end of the hallway takes you to the bedroom area.

The white bedroom features double bed, en-suite shower room with a toilet and a plenty of built-in wardrobe. The left wardrobe door is an actual entrance to the bathroom, creating an interesting interior design twist. The secret passage, built wardrobes and marbled fire place ad to its comfort.

The green master double bedroom also features extra storage space and en-suite bathroom with a small bathtub. In addition you find a little work space area with a courtyard view.

The twin bedroom is perfect for a couple of friends or professionals. Its bathroom is right next it, as well as the guest toilet.

The fully equipped kitchen on the right hand-side of the hallway offers everything you may need for a quick getaway as well as longer holidays.

Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!

Please respect our apartment and neighbours and keep the noise down between 22:00 and 08:00. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund and security deposit will be charged.
