The Space:

Welcome to this chic 37 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated in the heart of the 8th arrondissement, steps from Saint-Lazare. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



Bedroom: 1 Queen bed, Living room: 1 Queen sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower/bathtub and sink; the toilet is in a separate water closet.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Guest Access:

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.



The Neighborhood:

Situated in the Quartier de l’Europe, just five minutes from Saint-Lazare station, this apartment is one of the most conveniently placed in central Paris for getting around the city and beyond. The neighbourhood itself is calm and residential, with local boulangeries, cafes and the excellent Rue de Lévis market street nearby — one of the best open-air food markets in the 8th, busy with locals every morning.



The surrounding area is rich with some of Paris’s most iconic destinations. The Opéra Garnier is a fifteen-minute walk, as are the famous department stores of Galeries Lafayette and Printemps on Boulevard Haussmann. The Madeleine church and its surrounding luxury food shops — Fauchon, Hédiard and the Place de la Madeleine market — are equally close. Parc Monceau, one of the most elegant parks in the city, is a pleasant stroll northwest.



For transport, Saint-Lazare offers metro lines 3, 12, 13 and 14, the RER E and Transilien trains to Normandy and the suburbs — putting the Louvre, the Marais, Montmartre and every corner of the city within easy reach. The metro stations Europe (line 3) and Liège (lines 3 and 13) are both a two-minute walk for quicker local trips.

Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
