The Space:

The apartment is on the 3rd floor by stairs only



The appartment includes:

• Living room: equipped with a double sofa bed (140 × 200 cm), a Smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

• Bedroom area: Queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with brand-new, extremely comfortable bedding, and a ceiling fan.

• Fully equipped kitchen: microwave, stovetop, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots, and pans.

• Dining area: a foldable table provides a comfortable spot for meals and folds down to free up space when not in use.

• Bathroom: bath/shower and toilets, hairdryer, soap, and shampoo.



Included:

• Bed linens, towels, blankets, and pillows are provided for the entire duration of your stay.

• The apartment also includes laundry amenities: a drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Getting Around:

Metro Stations

•La Tour-Maubourg (Line 8): A short walk away, with easy access across the city and a quick connection to the Eiffel Tower and Champ de Mars.

•Invalides (Lines 8 & 13, plus RER C): A major hub just a few minutes' walk, connecting you to central Paris and to Saint-Lazare, Gare d'Austerlitz, and Versailles via RER C.

•École Militaire (Line 8): Also within easy walking distance, close to the Champ de Mars and Rue Cler market street.



RER

•Pont de l'Alma (RER C): The closest RER station, offering direct links along the Seine toward Versailles, Saint-Michel-Notre-Dame, and Gare d'Austerlitz.

•Invalides (RER C): A short walk away, also on the RER C line with the same connections.



From the Airports

•Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG): Take the RER B toward Robinson/Antony/Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and get off at Saint-Michel-Notre-Dame, then transfer to RER C toward Versailles/Pontoise and alight at Pont de l'Alma or Invalides — just a short walk to the apartment.

•Orly Airport (ORY): Take the Orlyval tram to Antony, then transfer to RER B toward Charles de Gaulle/Mitry-Claye, get off at Saint-Michel-Notre-Dame, and switch to RER C toward Pont de l'Alma or Invalides.



From the Main Train Stations

•Gare du Nord or Gare de l'Est: Take RER B toward Robinson/Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse to Saint-Michel-Notre-Dame, then RER C to Pont de l'Alma or Invalides.

•Gare Saint-Lazare: Take RER C directly toward Versailles/Pontoise and get off at Pont de l'Alma or Invalides.

•Gare de Lyon or Gare d'Austerlitz: Take RER C toward Versailles/Pontoise, alighting at Pont de l'Alma or Invalides.



Bus: Several lines serve the 7th arrondissement and Rue Saint-Dominique area, including:

•Bus 28: Connects Gare Saint-Lazare to Porte d'Orléans, passing near the Champ de Mars.

•Bus 69: Runs from the Eiffel Tower area to Père Lachaise, crossing central Paris.

•Bus 80: Links the Eiffel Tower/Champ de Mars area to Clichy.

Booking requirements:

• No security deposit required

• The guest named on the booking will have to provide their ID through our Guestapp at least 48 hours prior to check-in. (Article R.611-42 of the French Code )

• The minimum age to make a reservation is 18. Guests under 18 may only stay if accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. If this rule is not respected, access to the apartment will be refused without refund



House Rules:

• Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music

• No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

• Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building

• No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

• Lost keys incur a fee of €150
