The Space:

Welcome to this chic 43 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the ground floor, perfectly situated on Avenue Marceau in the heart of the 16th arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



Bedroom: 1 double bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The flat has an en-suite shower room with a shower and toilet.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, drip coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has building-controlled heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



- Please note for reservations valued over €1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.



Guest Access:

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.



The Neighborhood:

Avenue Marceau runs through one of the most refined parts of the 16th arrondissement, a neighbourhood known for its wide, tree-lined streets, grand residential buildings and quiet, upscale atmosphere. The Arc de Triomphe and Place de l’Étoile are just a short walk north, and from there the Champs-Élysées stretches east with its shops, restaurants and the grand cinema strips.



The Trocadéro is easily reachable on foot, offering the most iconic straight-on view of the Eiffel Tower in Paris, as well as the Palais de Chaillot and the Cité de l’Architecture. The Musée d’Art Moderne and the Palais de Tokyo are both nearby for an afternoon of contemporary art. For day-to-day life, Rue de Passy and Avenue Victor Hugo offer bakeries, markets, cafés and local shops.



The area is exceptionally well served by the metro — George V (line 1) and Kleber (line 6) both put the Louvre, the Marais and Montparnasse within a few stops. For dining, Rue de Marignan and the streets around Avenue George V offer everything from neighbourhood bistros to Michelin-starred tables.

Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
