Beautiful country house, heated pool (not available from November through the end of March), tennis court, very large grounds,
exceptional setting, 12 minutes from Disney and the RER, 35 minutes from Paris by car, ideal for families.
Outside of the COVID period, we can accommodate up to 22 people (please notify us before booking), but we are currently limiting occupancy to 15 people. We adapt our hosting conditions based on changes in government guidelines.
Accommodation
Very large house with bedrooms upstairs, a huge open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room with a fireplace, a game room, a very large 5-hectare grounds, a pool, and a tennis court.
The house features two very large rooms on the first floor: one with an open-concept kitchen and living/dining area, complete with a large working fireplace (see photos). The other room is immense and serves as a game room (ping-pong, archery).
Upstairs, there is a separate bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet—which does not open directly into the bedroom but is adjacent to it— and there is a suite consisting of a huge bedroom with one large 160-bed and a sofa bed, two other rooms that have been converted into bedrooms (they do not close off and remain passageways within the suite), and a bathroom with a tub, shower, and toilet.
The house overlooks a vast and beautiful park where the pool is located, 30 meters from the house. It is enclosed by arched gates but can be fully opened up.
The entire property is very quiet, sheltered by an imposing porch, and completely secluded from view.
