Your feeling may come from the fact that we use ecological shower heads which can slightly reduce water pressure to protect the environment.Concerning the sofa mattress, once again our teams intervened to resolve your discomfort by offering a mattress topper or by installing a device under the mattress aimed at reinforcing the support that you found lacking.Our teams have taken turns to provide you with their listening, support and possible alternatives, including a change of room. I understand that this may be surprising and not seem very hygienic.Finally, regarding the two baby cots in your room, this is related to the details we received from Expedia for your reservation. In fact, we had 2 children aged 2 years old in the room, which meant setting up a baby bed for our teams and I am sorry if this was not suitable.
