Dear Mister Lorenzo, At your arrival you didn’t accept to give us your credit card. You didn’t accept anything. You told our reception she was stupid ! She call me at 9 pm because you didn’t accept to give us your credit card you just show her a visual credit card without numbers and when she called me you accept to give her a virtual credit card with numbers. You have been disrespectful to me and the receptionist. We didn’t accept this type of comportment In all hotels in France you must present yourself with an identity document and a credit card. We put all the numbers on our system to guarantee the room that’s the law. I never asks your credit card number by phone ! You told her she is stupid but she supposed to help you with your bag.
