Chambre minuscule. Fenêtre sur cour avec un échafaudage. Une chaise sur laquelle on ne peut pas s’asseoir faute de place pour la déplacer. Une prise inaccessible sous une table. Zéro service mais très propre. Comment cet hôtel peut avoir obtenu 4 étoiles? Le prix, en revanche, dans un quartier bruyant et peu coté, à côté de la Gare de Lyon, est très cher.

Stayed here for 2 nights and was the best place to stay for those that want easy access to the metro. Staff was nice and made sure we were comfortable with our stay and also gave their recommendations for the best places to eat. Would definitely stay here again!

Bien situé. Belle réception. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel sympathique mais difficile de se faire comprendre la plupart comprennent et parlent très mal le français...j'ai du parler en anglais...pour une française à Paris, un comble! Salle de bain extrêmement étroite moins d1 mètre entre le mur et le plan de travail. Accroc au mur. Trou dans housse de couette. Fenêtres en état approximatif. Cabine de douche non étanche. Objets de déco abîmés. Traces de fond de teint sur les murs. Des détails, mais nombreux, et surtout pour 4 étoiles je m'attendais à quelque chose de top, du moins par rapport aux moyennes gammes que j'avais fréquentées auparavant. 1er jour sac plein de la poubelle de la salle de bain oublié à côté du lavabo. 2ème jour retour à minuit d'une grosse journée : chambre non faite. Signalé mais pas d'excuse on aurait dit que ma demande était bizarre, pourtant chez Ibis, F1 et compagnie les chambres sont faites systématiquement chaque jour!! 3ème jour chambre faite mais manifestement pas de passage d'aspirateur (assez dégoûtant de marcher pieds nus). Bref 10 ans que je n'étais pas partie en vacances j'ai voulu prendre un bel hôtel au lieu d'un plus bas de gamme et finalement à part le prix je n'ai pas constaté de différence flagrante Extrêmement déçue!!!!!

Hotel is in good location, takes 2-3 minutes walk to metro.It was renovated in 2021 and very nice, modern and clean. We booked this hotel because we traveled to Paris with friends who are Hilton members. As members, they got complimentary breakfast and hotel gave us free breakfast too. Really kind and I love the breakfast too. Definitely will recommend this hotel.

Stayed in Signature Suite 607 with children, completely redone room, essentially brand new (2 beds, 2 rooms). Bathroom marble pattern porcelain tile, large towel warmer, rainhead shower strong pressure, lux fixtures, stone countertop for toiletries and more. Separate toilet room made showering easy. Sofa bed used a real mattress, must have had a special pad was superbly comfortable as was the king bed. Staff accommodated the stroller/pram in a special area of lobby so no need to lug upstairs (huge benefit). Staff brought all luggage to room. Staff took great care with the children where they were WELCOME. Staff noticed one child upset during the stay and offered Madeleine cookies and drinks. Ordered via amazon a package and staff put it in room without asking. Food delivery (uber eats) was easily accomodated at front desk. Truly exceptional service in all aspects and a place that welcomes and deeply cares for families and children. Highly highly highly recommended in all aspects.

Hôtel pourrait être charmant si … Si le service était à la hauteur : nous avons demandé un second peignoir dès le premier jour, alors que nous étions deux et qu’il n’y en avait qu’un seul…et 3 jours après, nous n’avions toujours qu’un seul peignoir. Si la très forte et très désagréable odeur d’égouts dans la salle de bains avait été gérée par l’hôtel comme il se doit. Obligés de ouvrir la fenêtre en permanence, sinon insupportable… Si le champagne commandé et servi dans la soirée, payé par carte n’était pas une seconde fois débité au check out… Un niveau de service global très loin du niveau attendu et encore moins avec le prix de la chambre à plus de 300€. Partout dans le monde, des hôtels sont à ce prix bien plus confortables en terme de service client.

We found the hotel perfectly located to Gare d' Lyon Train Staion and the staff were friendly. Our chief complaint was the heating in the rooms (We overheard another patron with the same complaint). The weather turned cooler 12 October and we wanted to heat the room. The thermostat was set at "Cool" and 16 degrees C. This was probably helpful in summer, but the outside temperature was 17 C and wet. We asked for assistance immediately and a staff member set the temp to 22 C and said they would check back, but in 30 minutes the system reverted to cooling and 16 C. Mentioned it again the next day, there was never any repair made. The system would not allow us to keep the setting to "Heat" in the room and the staff seemed incapable of doing a reset on the entire system. The workaround is to set the heat way high, and monitor it every 20 minutes to catch it before it turns back to cooling. Anytime you leave the room, turn the system "OFF", so it doesn't cycle to cooling while you are out. Not optimal. We could't stay in the room without being in the bed under covers with the system turned off.

Perfect location
Super friendly & helpful staff. Rooms were very clean & very quiet - especially for a downtown location. This hotel is across the street from the Gare du Lyon - so getting to the station and Metro was very easy. Only downside for me: The rooms shown on the website - the room I booked - are much larger than the room I received. I asked about this and they said that it was a problem with the website. So, Expect a much smaller room than shown. However - the room & bed were very quiet and comfortable.

Great stay
Right next to Gare de Lyon train and metro station so easy to travel around. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Clean and nice rooms with a very comfortable bed and excellent shower. Nice restaurants close by. Would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable and Convenient Stopover
Staff were friendly and helpful. Room (deluxe, king bed, view) was small but adequate. View was pleasing, bed very comfortable and shower great. Location was perfect for our journey from Gare de Lyon the following day (2 mins walk) and there was a reasonable selection of restaurants nearby.
