Dear Kamran, thank you for your feedback. We are a little bit surprised as the hotel was fully renovated last year so every room and equipment is brand new. However, yes, we had a small tecnical issue with the baththub and we found you a solution as we changed your room immediately after your arrival. The room was the same category than the one you booked. We are sorry it had such a negative impact for you and we hope the rest of your stay was pleasant. We wish you a nice day.
