Dear Ms De Benedetti We thank you for having chosen us for your 3-night stay and are terribly sorry for having failed to satisfy your expectation. On arrival, you found the carpet of the room given to you not clean. We agreed with you the carpet was not quite new but clean. We suggested to check its cleanliness with you but you refused. Then, we showed you another room that you liked much. However, you refused to take it while always keeping the room of which the carpet was not suitable to you (?) The next morning, you asked to change the room. We gave you the room that we showed you the day before. You told us that you were quite pleased with the new room and also ordered a cup of coffee. On check-out, you refused to pay the coffee because of the carpet problem. There, we understood well why you did not like to change the room even though you did not like the carpet. You also asked how about other guests relating to the carpet you did not like. We answered to you that guests all wish the room a lot as it is the only one with balcony. The last but not least is that you found the sofa in the lobby quite worn. We would like to let you know that it is completely new as we have just bought it since some days only. Nous sommes toutefois surpris que des insectes aient pu vous piquer dans les draps ; en effet, nous accordons une très grande importance à l’hygiène et au nettoyage de la literie. De même, tous nos draps étant stockés au même endroit, il semblerait étonnant que seul l’un d’entre eux ait été touché.
