Dear guest, we are sorry to learn that the Cosy standard double room that you have reserved did not match your expectations. We offered you a choice of 2 standard rooms but we did not have any possibility to upgrade you as the hotel was fully booked (Dec.31st and Jan. 1st) As we told you, it is a small double room fully described in every website. The one you had offers a nice view on the 4th floor and is very quiet. Most of our rooms are larger but they cost a few extra Euros. Sincerely.
