Bright and facing south-east, this lovely studio is bathed in natural light throughout the day.
Located on the 6th floor (with elevator access up to the 5th), it includes:

a sleeping area with a comfortable double bed;

a functional bathroom with shower;

a modern, fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals with ease.

You’ll especially appreciate its peaceful atmosphere, overlooking a large inner courtyard, completely shielded from street noise.

For your convenience, the apartment offers Wi-Fi, TV, hairdryer, microwave, and more.
Bed linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee for a worry-free stay.

The studio is ideally located:

close to the Bois de Boulogne, perfect for a stroll or a relaxing break;

just a few minutes from public transport (RER and metro line 1);

near Avenue Foch, home to beautiful museums and elegant squares.

The neighborhood also offers plenty of restaurants and shops, especially along Rue Victor Hugo.
You’ll find everything you need nearby: Carrefour City (270 m), Monop’ (300 m), and Franprix (450 m).

Arc de Triomphe – 15 minutes on foot;

Eiffel Tower and Trocadéro – 20 minutes by bus or 30 minutes on foot;

Palais Garnier – 25 minutes by metro;

## Emplacement
The 16th arrondissement of Paris is located on the right bank of the Seine, to the west of the city. It is bordered to the east by the Seine and to the west by the Paris ring road, with the exception of the Bois de Boulogne, which lies on the other side of this road.
The arrondissement is essentially residential, but is nevertheless visited by tourists for its many museums and remarkable sites such as the Trocadéro and the Bois de Boulogne. It is home to the largest number of embassies and consulates in Paris, as well as world-famous sports facilities such as the Parc des Princes and Stade Roland-Garros. Including the hundreds of hectares of the Bois de Boulogne, the 16th arrondissement is the greenest in the capital.
