 Pensione lussuosa e spaziosa (oltre 90 m2) con due giardini privati. Completamente rinnovato nel 2017. Situato in una zona padiglione. Luogo ideale per ospitare: coppie di amici, famiglie con o senza figli, donna o uomo d'affari, soggiorno professionale.
Il mio noleggio è completamente attrezzato, vicino a un supermercato e una panetteria se si desidera acquistare cibo.
La stazione ferroviaria dista 5 minuti in autobus. Anche una bella passeggiata pedonale fino alla stazione ferroviaria.
È molto facile raggiungere il centro di Parigi in treno e Disneyland. È anche bello trascorrere una giornata in Val D'Europa (1 fermata prima di Disneyland) - qui c'è un grande centro commerciale e l'outlet chic vilage Marne la Vallee, anche molti ristoranti.

Ideale per l'hosting: coppie, famiglie con o senza figli, donne o uomini d'affari, un gruppo per un soggiorno professionale. Il Marché Grand FRAIS è a due passi dalla casa
Utilizzando i mezzi pubblici nelle vicinanze si ha accesso diretto a Disneyland (15 km), al grande centro commerciale Val d'Europe (13 km) o Parigi (25 km).

Salah went over and above to welcome us. He promptly answered messages, and even picked us up from the train station. We asked about a place to eat and he found a restaurant for us to eat at, it was late so he had to drive around to a few. The next morning, he came back to the house to help set us up for our stay in Paris. He drove us to the train station and helped us purchase train/bus passes and printed the photo for our cards the night before. Then when it was time to leave he came and drove us to the train station again. The house was stocked with things for breakfast, coffee/tea, bottled water, juice, milk and dishwasher and laundry soap. The house was very comfortable for four adults, we had plenty of space. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Accueil exceptionnel! Notre hôte était très sympathique et plus que disponible. Il nous a accompagné pour une urgence en pharmacie. Il nous a guidé vers les commodités comme le bus, le RER, le marché frais. La maison est spacieuse et on a profité du patio où on a pu relaxer avec un bon livre. Les chambres étaient grandes et confortables. La cuisine bien équipée, il ne manquait rien. Le frigo était bien rempli pour notre arrivée et ce fut grandement apprécié! Un gros merci à notre hôte car on a quitté un ami!Je recommande cette propriété à 100%.

Und hat es sehr gut gefallen, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es wurde sogar Essen und Trinken im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt sowie Kaffee, Tee, Kuchen und Ceralien. Der Gastgeber ist super lieb, hilfsbereit und für seine Gäste jederzeit erreichbar. Wir bedanken uns bei Salah für die schöne Zeit.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in Noisiel, einem Pariser Vorort. Das Haus selbst ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gab einen gut gefüllten Kühlschrank, so dass die ersten Mahlzeiten/Frühstücke gesichert waren.Salah ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich die Zeit genommen hat, uns nach unserer Ankunft die Umgebung zu zeigen, Weg zum Supermarkt, zum Bus und zum Bahnhof. Auch beim Ticketkauf für den Pariser Nahverkehr hat er uns unterstützt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wonderful host

Host was amazing. Picked us up from the train station and dropped us off. Showed us how to get around and convenience store. Nothing was too much trouble. Fully stocked fridge.. Having space with 3 adults and a teenager was great and a full kitchen. Laundry facilities were also great

Es war ausgezeichnet. Tolles Haus in toller Lage mit sehr guter Anbindung Zug und Bus. Französisches Frühstück mit Kaffee, Tee und Selter waren für uns bereitgestellt. Der Vermieter hat uns die nähere Umgebung (einkaufen, Restaurant, Haltestellen Bus und Bahn) mit seinem Auto gezeigt. Auch beim Kauf der Wochenkarten für die Zonen 1 bis 5 am Schalter wurde uns von ihm geholfen. Sind meistens zum Essen mit der Bahn zu den Haltestellen Auber, Les Halles oder Val D'Europe gefahren und haben dort gute Restaurants gefunden. Alles in Allem ein wunderbarer Urlaub für 10 Tage in Paris. Herzlichen Dank

Sehr netter Vermieter, der sich gür seine Gäste verantwortlich fühlt, stets ansprechbar ist und einem bei den ersten Schritten hilft (Metrokarte, Bahnstation, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten...). Frühstücksdinge und Getränke standen bereit. So wünscht man sich das!

Fab stay- host was superb and very accommodating with letting us check out later for late flight!! Noisiel is nice place with lovely park and close to Disney and Paris by train. Accommodation met our needs and supermarkets and bakers very near.

Top Gastgeber

Unser Gastgeber Salah war super hilfsbereit. Auch nach 22 Uhr Anreise hat er uns mir dem Auto abgeholt. Am nächsten Tag ist er mit uns zum Bahnhof gefahren um für uns 4 jeweils ein Wochenticket zu holen (ca. 140 EUR), damit konnten wir alles fahren (Bus, Metro, RER). Der Kühlschrank war gut gefüllt und die Kommunikation war super. 5 min vom Quartier war ein Supermarkt und die Bushaltestelle. Der Nahverkehr war super. Danke an Salah, sehr gern wieder

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir möchten uns bei unserem wunderbaren Vermieter Salah bedanken, für seinen herzlichen Empfang und das er uns direkt nach Ankunft alles in der Umgebung gezeigt hat. Wo es möglich ist einkaufen zu gehen- wo sich die Haltestellen befinden und er hat sich darum gekümmert, das wir Fahrkarten sowohl für Busse, Metro, Regionalzüge usw nutzen können! Der Kühlschrank war gefüllt, so dass wir die komplette Woche über genügend zu Essen für das Frühstück hatten 👌👍 Der Supermarkt in der Nähe ist wohl nur ein reiner Lebensmittel Laden! Die Bahnverbindung vom Bahnhof Noisiel ist sowohl zum Disneyland als auch nach Paris genial. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen !

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft als Familie (Mutter, Neffe, Cousine ich und meine Freundin) gebucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß somit konnten wir uns auch zumindest etwas aus dem Weg gehen und jeweils etwas Privatsphäre genießen. Die Unterkunft ist etwas hellhörig hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Rundum waren wir alle sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank und vielleicht bis zum nächsten mal.

Schönes Quartier ziwschen Paris und Disneyland

Quartier war in Ordnung. Vielleicht ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Herausragend ist Salah mit seiner Gastfreundlichkeit. So viel Engagment und Hingabe bei der Gästebetreuung gibt es sonst nirgends. Danke für alles.

Gelungener Aufenthalt.

Im Vorfeld wurden alle Fragen durch den Vermieter schnell beantwortet. Wir wurden vor Ort sehr herzlich empfangen. Salah zeigte uns das Haus und fuhr mit mir zum Bahnhof und half mir beim Ticketkauf. Supermarkt, Bushaltestelle und ein Restaurant zeigte er mir ebenfalls. Ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Kommunikation in Englisch ist kein Problem. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Bushaltestelle fußläufig 5 Minuten, ebenso der Supermarkt mit Bäcker. Paris Zentrum ca. 40 Minuten, Disneyland ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Zug entfernt. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

Tolle Unterkunft

Haus wie beschrieben, durch die Bauweise schöne hohe Räume, offen gestaltet. Mehrere Glastüren zum Garten waren toll. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Sehr gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Wir haben das Auto weder für Paris noch für Disneyland gebraucht. Supermarkt und Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Vermieter Salah ist überragend. Sehr hilfsbereit hat er uns beim Besorgen des Wochentickets am Bahnhof geholfen. Er ist sehr freundlich und hätte bei jedem Problem unterstützt. Er spricht auch Englisch. Zur Ankunft waren schon einige Lebensmittel für uns da. Es hat allen gut gefallen (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Teenager)

Perfektes haus

Wow Wir hatten ein mega schönen urlaub uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Gastgeber und frau wirklich total nett und hilfsbereit. Alles genauso wie auf den bildern zu sehen. Supermarkt in 10 min gut zufuß zu erreichen, tankstelle und Restaurant direkt um die Ecke. Fürs frühstück ist alles da. Also wenn wir noch mal einen urlaub in Frankreich machen dann kommen wir aufjedenfall wieder. Vielen dank für alles

The best host

Salah is a very hospitable host! He made sure fridge is stocked up, breakfast items were great, toiletries and waters! The property was clean and very homie. Salah helped us around the property with the nearby grocery store. Definitely recommended and will definitely book again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at your place. The hospitality from the hosts was exceptional, and the house provided the utmost comfort. Every interaction was warm, helpful, and extraordinarily kind. Salah went above and beyond by showing us around the neighborhood, highlighting key spots like the supermarket, bakery, pedestrian roads, and train station. The thoughtful gesture of a fully stocked fridge and a prepared breakfast table in the house was a delightful surprise. It made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for your incredible hospitality, it truly made our trip memorable. J’ai adoré mon séjour chez vous. L’hospitalité de nos hôtes était exceptionnelle, et la maison était d’un grand confort. Chaque interaction était chaleureuse, serviable et incroyablement gentille. Salah nous a fait visiter le quartier, en nous montrant notamment le supermarché, la boulangerie, les rues piétonnes et la gare. La gentillesse de trouver le frigo rempli et la table du petit-déjeuner préparée dans la maison a été une agréable surprise. Cela a rendu notre séjour encore plus plaisant.
