It's also a district that offers pleasant strolls through its pretty covered passageways and historic alleyways, immersing us in the Paris of yesteryear. You'll be close to the Louvre, one of the world's most famous and important museums.
Other famous Paris landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Sacré-Coeur Basilica and the Arc de Triomphe, among others, are also within easy reach by public transport.
There are also numerous parks and gardens such as the Jardin des Tuileries and the Jardin du Luxembourg for pleasant strolls.
