Assegnata room 501 disabili motivo non avevano quadruple ! Il bagno naturalmente enorme aveva sporco negli angoli , scarico rotto , poco riscaldato . Dava un senso generale di sporco non ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio. Divani letto per ragazze con doghe rotte. Ottima assistenza al check-in. Ottima colazione a buffet tutto freschissimo e vario. Qualità prezzo ottimi. Non ci siamo sentiti bene nella stanza ma ci si sta veramente poco per cui in complesso bene.

Mezz'ora per trovare l'ingresso. I lavori bloccano tutto, c'è un traffico terribile e per accedere alla reception in macchina si deve 'fare finta' di entare nel cantiere dal lato sinistro dell'hotel guardando la Senna e all'ultimo istante 'salire sul marciapiede' che invece è un vialetto di accesso. Basta poi suonare alla sbarra, dire che si è clienti e finalmente si può parcheggiare davanti. Il parcheggio interno è sotterraneo, dall'altro lato. Se non siete agili nel traffico e in grado di resistere a giravolte di chilometri se sbagliate lo svincolo giusto tra 7-8, allora forse è meglio ci veniate in taxi.

Stay anywhere else.
Worst hotel in paris. Staff were rude and unhelpful. There is NO AIRCON, room unclean - dusty, grime in shower. We were locked out for 20 mins after midnight (2 women) The security guard sucked his teeth at us, and shouted at us for knocking the glass (after ringing the bell a few times). There are stains on the carpet and all rooms and areas are very tired. Holes in sheets, stains on sheets, walls and carpets. They didn’t replenish any toilet roll, or towels without request. Also didn’t clean our room when requested. Area is very sketchy, not safe to walk around at night.

Nous avons chercher les prises pour brancher nos téléphone et PC portable. très peu visible. Concernant l'évier , nous n'avons pas réussi à enlever le "bouchon" mon mari à du bidouiller pour réussir à ce qu'il se vide. Le principe pour la douchette dans le douche est très difficile à manipuler surtout lorsque vous avez les mains mouillées et avec du savon.

The hotel is nice, clean, good size room, lovely facilities (bed, big tv, shower). The receptionists are very polite and helpful. Good breakfast. The area is ok with plenty of public transport services. The only thing that the Hotel should include in their description is : the underground parking is at L-2 with really tight routes. Some large SUVs may not be able to get in. I have a large car and managed to fit in within mm. Thanks!

Feels grubby. Not dirty but needs redecorating and recarpeting. Car park is good. Metro 15 min walk. Takes 40 mins to get to eiffel tower. Same monmarte. Breakfast was average at best Staff were polite, and available when needed Tbh unless you need a secure carpark I would avoid this place

I stayed here for 2 nights for work. The hotel rooms are very basic and somewhat dated. Clean enough, not immaculate. Very budget style hotel, limited staff and no real facilities. The breakfast was actually alright. I would strongly recommend not going out in this area on an evening. I’m a fairly well travelled individual but I felt very unsafe, even in the day.

My air con didn’t work and when i asked the lady who was apparently the manager,how rude she was and unhelpful it was the worst customer service i have ever experienced, so we had to make do with no air con and non opening windows. I asked for a fork one night around 9.30 as I was told there was no room service or food available I had gone out and bought a chicken salad but realised it didn’t come with a fork, I was told this was not possible as the kitchen was closed even when there were a full dining area with knives and forks. I don’t normally leave bad reviews and I have stayed at mercure hotels many times in the uk but this has well and truely put me off and the woman who was on reception was so rude and unhelpful I have never seen anything like it.

Nous avions réservé 2 chambres exécutives c’est à dire plus grande et plus chère, nous avons été placé dans des chambres standards alors que ce n’était pas notre réservation. Plus de chambres dispo. Aucun gestes compensatoires ni excuses de la part du responsable. Décevant et pas professionnelle. Rien à dire au niveau de la propreté.

The hotel room is not in great condition. Lights hanging off the wall, the safe needs new batteries. On a plus side the bathroom is fairly new and clean.

Betaalbaar hotel net buiten het centrum
Handig hotel net buiten de stad. Ongeveer 45 minuten tot centrum. Wel moet je ongeveer 15 minuten lopen naar de metro. Betaalbaar hotel. Kamers zijn schoon en voldoen. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt. Het hotel ligt naast een cement fabriek. Wij hadden een kamer met uitzicht op de seine. Het nabijgelegen winkelcentrum is aan het vervallen. Ook staan er in de omgeving diverse tenten. We hebben ons echter niet onveilig gevoeld.

When we arrived the greeting was not very welcoming. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The only inconvenience was that they didn't have something as simple as an Iron in the room, so when you need to used one you have to go to the front desk and borrow one from them and return it as soon as possible. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was having major work done which we we not told about. We had to pay twice as we were told the booking hadn’t been paid for. When checking in no mention of free breakfast and ask for advice where to eat no advice and then in our room the air con wasn’t working so had a terrible nights sleep. Would not stay there again.

Mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, servizi, condizioni e dotazioni della struttura
Hotel was nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Some of the staff was not helpful. Hotel is about 25 minutes from the city so expect to spend a bit in taxi’s or uber. Tons of restaurants and shopping near by.

Hôtel correct mais chère
Hotel propre mais pas de toute jeunesse, les chambres sont un peu vétuste et aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement le rapport qualité prix n’est pas très bon. Emplacement idéale le long de la rivière.
