Zéro communication avant , pendant et après le séjour .. explications de l’appartement mensongère . Le gestionnaire ne répond pas ..un remboursement promis jamais fait .. et encore ..

Found it easily, and check in was unproblematic. It was helpful with the video showing the prosess to get in. Unfortunately the apartment had not been cleaned from the last guests, which was very inconvenient since we arrived around 22, in the afternoon on a Friday. I had specifically asked for the host to make both beds ready. The trash were still there and the bed wasn't changed. I immediately contacted David, the host via WhatsApp. He responded quickly, investigated the case and found out there had been any kind of misunderstanding with the housekeeping. I got the number to the housekeeping, who as far as I know just spoke French. They sendt me messages which i translated with Google/chatgpt.Housekeeping then recommended us to sleep together on the sofabed until the next day. As far as I could see, were there no blankets, pillows or anything to put on. Just the bed with a clean sheet. I then responded that that would not be an acceptable solution, and that we had to have both the beds ready tonight, otherwise we would need to find another place for this night and charge them. I said we could just get clean bed clothes and towels and then sleep there if they was possible. I also keep talking with David, which eventually told me that housekeeping were comming. They did a quick cleaning that night, still it was trash in the kitchen and hair in the shower. They came back next day to do the rest. I think they should have come with no hesitation and done a proper job.

Great location, very clean apt. Good communication with the host. Would suggest making it clearer that the bedroom is down a spiral staircase and the bathroom is upstairs. Not ideal for older people. Otherwise, very good.

Very nice space. Even with the lovely video for those who were not European the check-in process was a bit confusing. The reliance on having to have an iPhone connected to the Internet in order to be able to check in makes it difficult.Place is equipped with a nice little kitchen, but again a simple way to make coffee not just spoil water would have be been nice. When asked David did provide a way to boil water, but that is not to make coffee and we could boil water on the stove or the microwave. I myself have a VRBO so I understand what guests need. Also, the electric kettle he provided did not plug in to the wall and did not work.
