stanza 118 assolutamente non degna di un Sofitel..
Conoscevo già l'hotel a seguito di numerose riunioni fatte nel passato e per questo l'ho scelto. Purtroppo mi è stata assegnata una stanza la 118 che non è degna di un Sofitel. Si accede alla stanza da una piccola scala in discesa come se si andasse in uno scantinato.( 14 m2) Vi è una finestra che affaccia a 50 cm dal motore dell'aria condizionata che la copre tutta. Non si vede nemmeno uno scorcio di cielo. Il bagno è piccolissimo e senza spazio per appoggiare le 'trousse '. Insomma molto deludente, e sinceramente non qualificante per Accor e nè per Expedia. Me ne guarderò bene da effettuare un'altra prenotazione via Expedia.

Hotel di lusso vicino trocadero
Situato in una zona tranquilla, non lontano dagli champs Elysees e vicinissimo a trocadero e alle migliore vista della tour. L’hotel rispecchia gli standard della catena nello stile, nelle linee moderne, nell’alto livello di pulizia. Sinceramente preferisco altri quartieri di Parigi. Le aree comuni dell’hotel un po’ limitate e ristrette. Non ho apprezzato la vista sui condizionatori della mia camera.

5 STARS?!
It would be ok if it was a 3-4 star hotel, but I can't understand where the 5 starts come from. The room is decent but small, bathroom and toilet are separated (French style), and the bathroom smells like a sewer. I found some hair in the bed. Also a piece of the shower was broken, although it was promptly fixed after I complained. I know you can find much worse in Paris, but seriously... 5 stars?!

Bellissimo hotel in cui passare giorni piacevoli. Esperienza fantastica. Ottimi i servizi. Tutto molto ordinato pulito a partire dalla hall fini alle camere i corridoi. Aspetto elegante di classe nel complesso ven arredato. Fornito di due ascensori molto veloci. AbStaff cordiale gentile e disponibili. Ti senti ben accolto. Ottima impressione in generale. Si trova in una posizione centrica difronte alla fermata dell'autobus e della metro. A due passi dall'arco di trionfo e dagli champ elysee. Quartiere molto carino. Unica pecca il ristorante era chiuso. Ma era disponibile comunque il servizio in camera. Per la colazione invece era aperto. Check in e check out molto veloce. Senza perdite di tempo. Ci ritornerei

Stupendo albergo ottima collocazione
Albergo bellissimo, pulitissimo con camere spaziose e bagni comodi, unica pecca, però comune a tutti gli alberghi parigini, la mancanza del bidet. Zona signorile ben servita, a 30 metri vi è la fermata metro. Provvisto di bar e ristorante certo i prezzi sono secondo gli standard parigini, ma il servizio e la qualità ottimi.

Chambre Deluxe réservée via Hôtel.com pour 2 nuits. Nous avons eu l'une des pires chambres de l'hôtel. Une isolation phonique inexistante (couloir et extérieur) avec la chance d'être au dessus de la porte de service. Nous avons donc eu droit à la livraison de linge à 6h du matin et à la livraison des cuisines vers 7h30. Inadmissible pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. Heureusement le personnel était particulièrement agréable ce qui a sauvé notre séjour en amoureux. Aussi, je ne recommande pas cet établissement ou alors il faut prendre une suite junior, pas moins...

This is my frist time making a review, because its really rthe first time i had so many problems in a hotel. We payed so much money for the stay, and i didnt feel that it was worth it. The cleaning service is not good. The room wasnt clean. They left empty glads bottle of water in the room for days. The staff doesnt manage all the informatiln. Each time they tell you something different. They room key barely works. Everytime we used to get to the room, we saw that it wasnt working and we had to come back to reception to ask for a new one. The room is very very small. Thw bathroom also. The sink wadnt draining the water for the first 3 days and we kept asking to fix it , and it took time for them to come. I also kept my umbrella downstairs at the reception, and when i wanted to go out, and i needed my umbrella, they werent finding it because they gave to another guest. I also bought a lot of cheese to take back home with me , and today in the morning, i went to get them to pack for the airport and i saw that the fridge wasnt working, conclusion: everything went to the garbage!!! In conclusion, i wouldnt stay in this hotel again. Dont recommend

Overall it’s good! The staffs are very nice and friendly, they all be able to speak English well, excellent breakfast options. It would be better if the shower can be stronger :)

Best Customer Service Ever
We booked the best room in the hotel with a view of the eiffel tower and the room was awesome and very clean and to a high standard. We have visited Paris many times and this was our favorite trip due to the hotel mainly. The staff were extremely friendly and always addressed us professionally by surname every time we saw them. The food was amazing both on the menu, room service and at breakfast time. Then to cap it all off, my wife was feeling very unwell on the last day and they went beyond what we expected by finding us another room we could use for a few hours after checkout time so we could rest some more before having to leave for our flight home. I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough, we will be returning here for our next stay in Paris.
