    Located in Paris, the accommodation is a souplex. Access to the basement is via a staircase.
    On the ground floor: 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds, 1 bathroom, and a beautiful living room with a television
    In the basement: 1 bathroom with a shower and sanitary toilet.
    You will have everything you need for an excellent stay, including: coffee machine, oven, microwave, television, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, and high chair.
    You will be very well connected by public transportation, allowing you to explore the city and its surroundings! The neighborhood offers immediate proximity to all the shops you will need: Monoprix is a 5-minute walk away, Picard is 4 minutes away... The Hôtel des Invalides is a 20-minute walk away.
    The neighborhood is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for recommendations—I'd be delighted to share my favorite spots with you!
    Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each guest's stay.

    ## Emplacement
    The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It offers access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Ecole Militaire, Place of Trocadero), and is not far from stations (Montparnasse, St lazare) or park (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
    Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.

    Line 10 (Ségur station) : 4 mn walk.
    Line 6 (Cambronne station): 3 minutes on foot.

    From Paris Charles de Gaulle airport: 1 hour by metro/RER.

Great place for an authentic experience!

Property was all that was advertised and more. Convenient access to major attractions thanks to the nearby metro station but in a quiet neighborhood with an authentic everyday Parisian feel. Plenty of cafes and shopping within easy walking distance. The apartment was clean and well-appointed with a few unique features that added character.

There were only 2 wine glasses ,could do with more as it was a spacious appartment, sleeping up to 8 people. Some bigger mugs also.Some of the pillows were very small.Otherwise a great location with supermarkets and restaurants nearby.I would recommend this lovely appartment.

Très bel appartement. Tout était au top. Bien placé et très agréable. On y retournera c est certain. Il manque des couverts (petite cuillère nous n en avions que trois pour 6 personnes)sinon tout y était parfait. Les couchages sont très bien. Le système de boîte a clefs très bien. Nous avons passé un très bon weekend. Merci

Location is perfect!!!

Location location location! An easy short walk from the metro to the property which made it ideal for checking out all the sights in various areas of Paris. An AMAZINGLY beautiful and large downstairs bathroom with huge tub and stand alone shower, double sink! Perfect for two people getting ready to explore Paris. The upstairs bath is small and a little funky with two small steps leading up to the "throne" We would definitely stay here again because the location was so nice!

Quiet, spacious

Overall this place was clean and offered space for our family of 4. There’s a downstairs living room which we didn’t use but could offer more space to store belongings. The downstairs bathroom is very large and spacious. The upstairs/main floor bathroom is quite small. Despite the ground level location, the street was quiet. The beds were comfortable.

Family in Paris

The property is a nice size- we were pleasantly surprised that there were three separate bedrooms, plus the downstairs roll out couch and separate area. We had plenty of room for our family of five. The upstairs bathroom is very small and the steps in front of the toilet is odd. The shower and sink upstairs are tiny. The downstairs bathroom is amazing but the shower leaked on the floor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

There was mold on all the bedroom walls. In addition the floor in the kitchen is undulating. Aside from that the bathroom drain smelled unbearable at night. Is it possible to get part of the money refunded afterwards because the apartment did not meet expectations?
