The Space:
Ideally located a stone's throw from Place des Vosges with a balcony, this completely renovated apartment offers an elegant and comfortable setting for up to 4 travelers.
The apartment includes:
• A sleeping area: Queen Size bed (160 x 200) with new bedding and storage.
• A living room: double sofa bed and Smart connected TV, storage and high-speed Wi-Fi access.
• A fully equipped kitchen: hotplates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.
• A bathroom: washer-dryer, shower, toilet, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
• An outdoor area: balcony with chairs and table to enjoy the view.

You can easily reach the property from all major airports and train stations in Paris.
From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG):
Take the RER B train towards Paris, alight at Châtelet–Les Halles, and transfer to Metro Line 1 towards La Défense. Disembark at Saint-Paul station, which is approximately a 5-minute walk from the property.
From Orly Airport:
Board the Orlyval light rail to Antony, then transfer to RER B towards Paris. At Châtelet–Les Halles, switch to Metro Line 1 towards La Défense and alight at Saint-Paul station.
From Gare de Lyon:
Board Metro Line 14 towards Mairie de Saint-Ouen and alight at Châtelet station. Transfer to Metro Line 1 towards La Défense and disembark at Saint-Paul station.
From Gare Montparnasse:
Take Metro Line 12 towards Aubervilliers–Front Populaire and alight at Saint-Lazare station. Transfer to Metro Line 14 towards Olympiades and disembark at Châtelet station. From there, transfer to Metro Line 1 towards La Défense and alight at Saint-Paul station.

Professional cleaning services will be provided upon your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is impeccable for your pleasure.
If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.
Family-Friendly Services:
If you need a baby cot and high chair, please inform us in advance (with a 72-hour notice), and subject to availability, we will be happy to provide them.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linens.
Check-In and Check-Out Times:
Check-Ins: Between 3 PM and 9 PM. Late arrivals will only be accommodated the following day from 9:30 AM onwards. Delays will result in additional charges.
Early Check-Ins: Want to arrive before 3 PM? We will confirm only 24 hours in advance, and this could cost 50% of a nightly rate. Late Check-Outs: If you wish to stay later than the official time, we will confirm 24 hours in advance, and you may be charged 50% of a nightly rate.
Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is essential to access the property, payable online by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days after departure, provided no damage is found.
Additional fees:
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Respect the tranquility of neighbors. Loud noises may result in deductions from the deposit.
Internet Etiquette:
Avoid using Internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. Browsing websites prohibited by French and European legislation is forbidden. Please understand that Internet malfunctions by telecommunication operators are not our responsibility and will not lead to compensation.
Professional and Photographic Use:
No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial use is allowed without prior agreement. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.
Please note that the minimum age for making a reservation is 21 years. Guests under 21 years old will only be allowed to stay in the presence of an adult meeting the age requirement. Otherwise, they will not be permitted to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not followed.
