This splendid 2 bedroom flat in a typical Parisian building in Saint Germain des Prés is wonderfully located. You will be immersed in an ideal Parisian stay, with many key shops in your area, such as the Café de Flore, the Church of Saint Germain, the quays of the Seine, multiple art galleries as well as the Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral, the Bon Marché, and the Lutetia Hotel. My tastefully decorated, elegant, modern and fully equipped flat is ideal for families or friends.

62 m2 air-conditioned flat on the 1st floor without lift is composed of:

- 2 bedrooms with Queen Size bed,
- 1 living room with a double sofa bed,
- 1 kitchen open to the living room, dining room fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, induction cooker, refrigerator)
- 1 shower room
- 1 separate toilet

Sheets and towels are provided and cleaning is done by professional staff.

Wonderfully located in the heart of the Saint Germain des Prés district, you can discover the ideal Paris and the most important places of the capital within a few meters walking distance such as:
- The famous Café de Flore, the rue de Rennes, the rue de Sèvres, the quays of the Seine, the numerous art galleries
- Monuments: Saint Germain church, Notre Dame de Paris cathedral, the Bon Marche, the Lutetia hotel, the Montparnasse Tower...
You can reach the Place de la Concorde and the Champs Elysees in 10 minutes by bike and the Eiffel Tower in 15 minutes by bike.

The neighborhood is incredible. This is a great property for a family of five or six. The window sills are great for kids to sleep.

The apartment is in an ideal location, ten minute walk from The Louvre, 10 minute walk from Notre Dame and 10 minute walk from Luxembourg Garden. There were a number of good restaurants near by. The apartment is decorated in “shabby chic style” which is good but needs some attention to stains on sofa and cleaning of the many pillows. Some of the furniture was actually broken. It accommodated four adults and two young children. One couple found their bedroom sound proof but the other adult couple found the bedroom noisy. The children loved sleeping and playing in the two window alcoves. The website described it as having two bathrooms. One bathroom had an excellent shower and sink and one bathroom had a toilet. In North America this would qualify as one bathroom. The bathroom with the toilet did not have a lock on it so people needed to be good friends. The website had a pictures of the entrance with lovely green wooden door which looked like it was the entrance to a courtyard. The wooden door was no where to be seen. The entrance is indeed rather grungy.The owner was very quick to respond to the fact that clean linen was needed to be supplied but the cleaners when they brought it did not remove the other used linen from the cupboards. At the cost per night a little care and better cleaning is needed to make this a very good place for a family to stay.

The hallway was a little dirty but the apartment was clean and comfortable. They had turned on the air con for us and it was wonderful! Everything was laid out well. I would have asked for more linen and I'm not sure the sofa is the best set up for sleeping. We loved the little nook and the girls ended up sleeping there.

A week after n Paris with family couldn’t have been better than in this perfectly located apartment in the 6th arrondissement. The attentive host and cleanliness of the place made for a great time. Highly recommend.
