Welcome to our sumptuous apartment located rue de Florence in Paris, an 80m² jewel completely renovated with high-end finishes and air-conditioned for absolute comfort. Nestled on the first floor of a freestone building with elevator, this elegant space includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms with toilets, a separate toilet, a spacious living room with 1 sofa bed, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen.

Refined Rooms: Two elegantly appointed rooms await you, each offering complete privacy and equipped with all the necessary comforts.

Luxury Bathrooms: You will find two high-end bathrooms for your comfort

Friendly Living Room: The spacious living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy an evening with friends or family.

Dining Area: The apartment also includes a dining area with a large table and chairs for sharing convivial meals.

Chef's Kitchen: The open kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher.

Air conditioning: Enjoy maximum comfort thanks to the air conditioning which will allow you to regulate the temperature to your liking.

The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest, and cleaning is done by a professional to ensure a spotless space when you arrive.

Located in the Saint-Augustin district, right in the center of Paris, this apartment offers an exceptional location. You will be close to many sights, restaurants, shops and attractions in the City of Lights. The main metro and bus lines are also easily accessible, allowing you to get around the city with ease.

Haussmannian Architecture: Like many districts of central Paris, Saint-Augustin is famous for its Haussmannian architecture. There you will find magnificent stone buildings, wrought iron balconies, and elegant facades. Rue de Florence, where the apartment you mentioned is located, is typical of this classic Parisian architecture.

The neighborhood is surrounded by luxury boutiques, department stores, and high-end fashion brands. The famous Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, known for its designer boutiques, is nearby. It's the perfect place for luxury shopping.
