The entrance is directly off the street, just like in a townhouse. You’ll find a pleasant living area consisting of a living room and a dining area. The living room features a brand-new, exceptionally comfortable sofa bed, as well as plenty of storage space.



Down the hall, a corridor leads to a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals just like at home.



The bedroom, which overlooks the courtyard, is both bright and quiet. You’ll enjoy a 160-bed.



The basement, set up as a relaxation area (please note: this is not a bedroom; the basement space is simply a small room where you can relax and watch TV), features a television and can serve as a small private movie theater—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Paris. You’ll also find a washing machine available for your use.

You'll have access to the entire apartment. The apartment is located on the ground floor, street level. The stairs leading down to the small movie theater are steep.
