Le Petit Futé is a charming one-bedroom apartment featuring a comfortable bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment comes with a parking space, and the A4 highway exit is just a 5-minute drive away. The RER C line is a 7-minute walk away, allowing you to reach downtown Paris in 15 minutes. The Mairie d’Ivry metro station (Line 7) is a 10-minute walk away. Upon request, an invoice can be provided for your stay.
1. Occupancy Capacity
The accommodations are reserved exclusively for the number of people indicated in the reservation. Any additional guests must be declared and authorized in advance. The rate varies depending on the number of guests (linens, supplies, utilities, etc.).

2. Check-in and Check-out
• Check-in time: starting at 4:00 p.m., self-check-in with no time limit.
• Early check-in: available starting at 2:00 p.m., subject to availability and for an additional fee. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Check-out time: by 11:00 a.m.
• Late check-out: Check-out until 1:00 p.m. is possible, subject to availability and for an additional fee. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Use of the Premises
Please treat the furniture and equipment provided with care. Any damage or loss must be reported immediately and may result in a claim for compensation. The accommodation must be used in a normal manner and returned in good condition.

4. Cleanliness and Trash
Please sort your trash properly, empty the trash cans before your departure, and do not leave dirty dishes behind. In the event of non-compliance requiring a thorough cleaning, additional fees may be charged.
If unusual waste is found (furniture, suitcases, large boxes, appliances, excessive bags, etc.), a waste disposal fee may be charged. Between €80 and €150, depending on the volume and processing cost.

5. Respect for the Neighborhood
Please avoid causing noise disturbances, particularly between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

6. Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit.
⚠️ If the property smells of cigarette smoke, an air decontamination fee of €114 will be charged.

7. Pets
❌ Pets are not allowed.
If a pet is found on the premises or if damage or soiling caused by a pet is discovered, an additional deep cleaning fee will automatically be charged.

8. Security and Liability
Please lock the property and close all doors, windows, and shutters when you are away, in accordance with insurance requirements. The host accepts no liability for theft or loss of personal belongings.

9. Parking
If the property does not have private parking, parking spaces may be offered for an additional fee, subject to availability. We accept no liability for any damage, maneuvering difficulties, or misuse. If in doubt, please ask for the dimensions in advance.

10. Use of Equipment and Electricity
Equipment is provided for normal and reasonable use. Please use them in accordance with the instructions in the welcome booklet and report any malfunctions.
⚠️ It is strictly prohibited to charge electric vehicles, industrial batteries, or any personal equipment that results in excessive electricity consumption. Any abnormal consumption observed may result in additional charges.

11. Internet and Responsible Use
A Wi-Fi connection is provided free of charge (or a 4G dongle is available for an additional fee upon prior request). Use must be legal and responsible. No compensation will be provided in the event of a service provider outage.

12. Lost and Found
Items left behind will be held at the front desk for a limited time. Arrangements for pickup or shipment can be made for an additional fee. Shipments are made only once a month.

13. Departure
Before leaving, please make sure that all appliances are turned off, that the windows and shutters are closed, and that the unit is tidied up in accordance with the instructions in the welcome booklet. The procedures for returning access items (keys, key cards, codes, or electronic devices) are specified in the welcome booklet and must be strictly followed.

14. Penalties
In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, the host reserves the right to file a complaint and seek compensation based on the damages incurred.
