* Being on the ground floor, the apartment has its front door opening directly onto the street: from inside, you can hear the life of the neighborhood, pedestrians and cars alike, including at night. If you are a light sleeper, this may bother you.
* Only the bedroom window opens. In the living room, the shop window is partly covered to protect your privacy, so natural light there remains limited. If daylight matters a lot to you, please bear this in mind.
* Its 26 m² are ideal for two people. With four, the two unfolded sofa beds fill the living room and the space feels tighter.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will stay in the heart of the 7th, close to Le Bon Marché, in an air-conditioned apartment.
