Perfect for family holidays in Paris, business trips, or a romantic getaway... Charming and picturesque downtown Nanterre, a village atmosphere, 20 minutes from Châtelet-Les Halles by RER A. 3 rooms: living/dining room / double bedroom / triple bedroom / kitchen / shower room / separate toilet. I love books and decorating. I hope you'll feel right at home. Living/dining room: leather sofa, armchair, table for 6, small balcony, lovely views over the rooftops and park, east-facing, Orange Wi-Fi, black and white laser printer, stereo system with CD, radio and Bluetooth, mirror, houseplants, bookshelves. Bedroom 1: King-size bed (180x200 cm, convertible into two single beds of 90x200 cm), new Bultex bedding, Lapeyre wardrobe and closet, Orange TV, bookcase, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack, vacuum cleaner, mirror. Quiet at night. Sleeps very well (no curtains, but metal shutters). East-facing, lovely view, just like in the living room. Standing fan. First-aid kit (paracetamol, disinfectant, plasters, etc.). Bedroom 2: Three single beds of 90x200 cm (one of which is a bunk bed), wardrobes for clothes and toys, unobstructed view to the west. Quiet, overlooking the courtyard. Table fan. Baby cot available upon request. Kitchen: Table for 3, refrigerator, gas hob, electric oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, Aarke water filter jug, basic groceries (rice, pasta, condiments, spices, etc.), organic tea and herbal infusions, organic coffee (French press), 10kg Electrolux washing machine, laundry detergent and cleaning products. No dishwasher, no Nespresso machine. Bathroom: Sink, large shower, towel warmer, soap, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, towels. Separate toilet. Large library in the hallway. Gas heating, efficient radiators in all rooms, thermostat. The building is secured by a digital entry code and intercom. Paid parking is available in the public underground parking garage "Les Lumières" (at the foot of the building), free parking is available on the surrounding residential streets. Lively, bustling neighborhood, everything within walking distance: Numerous food shops: bakeries, butchers, fishmongers, greengrocers, supermarkets (Monoprix, Carrefour City, Franprix, Biocoop, Naturalia), etc. Restaurants: brasseries, sushi, Thai, Italian, couscous, crêperies, bistros, etc. The former town hall park is a 2-minute walk away (children's playground). The Les Lumières cinema is at the bottom of the building (general, children's, art house). Great shows at the Maison de la Musique (5-minute walk) (concerts, dance, theater) and at the Théâtre des Amandiers (20-minute walk). The Nanterre-Ville RER A station is a 5-minute walk away; you can reach La Défense Arena in 10 minutes, Charles de Gaulle Etoile and Auber (department stores, Gare Saint-Lazare) in 15 minutes, and Châtelet-Les Halles and Gare de Lyon in 20 minutes. You will be staying in my home, and I will do my best to make you feel welcome. There is no cleaning fee. In return, I expect respect for my personal belongings (books, objects, children's toys, etc.) and for the Neighborhood. No parties, no gatherings, discretion required in the evenings and on weekends. No pets allowed. No smoking (ashtray on the balcony, smoking outside with the window closed).
